An opening reception for the latest exhibit hosted by the Abbotsford Arts Council takes place Saturday, Nov. 19 from 6 to 8 p.m.
The exhibit “24 x 4: 24 Images by 4 Photo Artists” is a collection of work from local artists Gerry Hiebert, Paul Baker, Vickie Legere, and Rob MacLeod.
The show runs at the Kariton Art Gallery (2387 Ware St.) from Nov. 19 to Dec. 6.
Collectively, this group represents almost 100 years of experience behind the view-finder.
Each member is able to express a unique perspective and style of photography experimenting with composition, colour, movement, exposure length, and subject matter.
This show will be their first group exhibition at the Kariton Art Gallery.
These four accomplished artists have curated a set of six images, each with their own particular themes and personal perspectives on the world.
