It’s an original play with hilarious moments.
For Groom The Bell Tolls is about a wedding that was never supposed to happen.
It brings together an assortment of characters anyone would want to invite to their next event. A lot of laughter and a couple tears are written into the piece by Richard Ogilvie, a local actor, who has been on stage for years in Chilliwack. This time he is also sitting in the director’s chair. Ogilvie has brought together some of his friends from stage and is introducing some new ones to the local theatre-loving public.
For Groom the Bell Tolls, in the Rotary Hall Studio Theatre of the Cultural Centre, Sept. 10, 11, 12 & 13 at 8 p.m. and Sept. 13 & 14, 2014 at 2 p.m.
