Penticton bracing for Megadeth

Megadeth has a dystopian vision for Penticton.

The thrash metal rockers announced their Dystopia World Tour will be causing chaos at the South Okanagan Event Centre on Mar. 5.

Taking part in their repressive recital will be Suicidal Tendencies, Children of Bodom and Havok.

Their tour comes in support of their new album Dystopia,

Behind frontman Dave Mustaine will be joined by Angra guitarist Kiko Loureiroon, David “Junior” Ellefson on bass, and Lamb of God drummer Chris Adler. All four musicians recorded onto Dystopia, the new album which is the focus of the tour.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on Dec. 11 and will cost between $49 and $69. They can be purchased at the SOEC box office or by visiting valleyfirsttix.com.
