Pianist Clinton Giovani Denoni will be presenting a concert in Mission on June 22 at 7 p.m. Admission is by donation with proceeds going to Seeds of Hope ministry in Africa.
After moving from Mission to take his post-secondary education, 29-year-old pianist Clinton Giovanni Denoni is returning for a one-night-only concert at Cedar Valley Church.
In September of 2008, Denoni was accepted into the University of Victoria and awarded the Cathcart scholarship for outstanding academic and pianistic achievement.
In June of 2012, he graduated from the University of Victoria with his Bachelor of Music degree in Piano Performance. In September of 2012, he was accepted into the Cleveland Institute of Music and was awarded and maintained a $25,000 annual scholarship for outstanding pianistic and academic achievement.
He went on to earn his Master of Music degree in Piano Performance from the Cleveland Institute of Music.
He has performed in North America’s most prestigious recital halls including Cleveland’s Mixon and Kulas halls and Vancouver’s Chan Centre to name a few.
Currently Denoni is actively teaching both privately and on faculty at UBC’s Mozart School of Music as well as adjudicating and performing in Vancouver.
His benefit concert in Mission is at Cedar Valley Church, 32860 Cherry Ave. on June 22 at 7 p.m. Admission is by donation.
