Acting 12 students at Summerland Secondary School will stage a short one-act play on Thursday to raise funds to help a Syrian refugee family.
The students are staging The Real Inspector Hound, a one-act play by Tom Stoppard.
The play follows two theatre critics, Moon and Birdboot, as they watch a murder mystery. The two critics also become involved in the action, causing events that parallel the play they are watching.
The play will be staged on Thursday, May 19 at 7 p.m. at Centre Stage Theatre. Admission is by donation.
