Roots ‘n’ Blues Fall Festival returns to Mission’s Fraser River Heritage Park

Annual concert set for Sept. 29 and features David Gogo, Wes Mackey and more

The Roots ‘n’ Blues Fall Festival takes place in Mission on Saturday, Sept. 29 from noon to 6 p.m. at Fraser River Heritage Park.

This year’s show has an impressive line up of performers including:

12:40 to 1:20 p.m. – Jesse Waldman Trio

2 to 2:40 p.m. – Chris Ronald

3 to 3:40 p.m. – Jackson Hollow

4 to 4:40 p.m. – Wes Mackey

5 t0 6 p.m. – ​David Gogo

There will also be a pie eating competition set for 1:45 p.m. Anyone can enter for a small, $2 registration fee. To register for the contest, email frhpevents@mission.ca.

Along with the music and contest, there will be a hay maze, food trucks, a kids’ zone and more.

The Roots ‘n’ Blues Fall Festival is part of Culture Days in Mission.
