Sam Weber wears the double descriptor of road dog and guitar slinger.
He’s bringing a few of his compelling and personal tunes to share with live music fans at the Acoustic Emporium Friday, Dec. 12.
His ambitious full-length debut album, Shadows in the Road, is a culmination of years already spent touring and recording.
At 21, he’s already set his sights on vast musical pastures.
The prestigious Berklee College of Music also saw Weber’s incredible potential, awarding him a summer scholarship when he was just 17, according to his bio. The school went on to award him a full-time scholarship, but he was too restless and returned home to Canada to pursue songcraft.
In an age where digital everything rules, he’s focused his songwriting efforts on building deeper connections.
Sam Weber, Dec. 12, $10, Acoustic Emporium on Wellington Avenue. Show 7:30, doors 7 p.m.
