Nov. 9/10 – The annual Gift, Craft and Antique Fair takes place this weekend at Minter Country Garden on Saturday (9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) and Sunday (10 a.m. to 4 p.m.). Shop from more than 70 vendors offering everything from clothing to jewellery, art work to pottery, collectibles, tasty treats and so much more.

Nov. 10 – Five winners of the Stephen Leacock Award for Humour will read from their work at 3 p.m. today at Yale Community Centre (65050 Albert St., Yale, B.C.). The authors are: Yale’s W.P. Kinsella (formerly of Chilliwack), Trevor Cole, Terry Fallis, Joe Kertes and Dan Needles.
