The Sidney Concert Band celebrated 30 years last weekend with a show in Sidney. They played to an almost-sold out crowd at the Mary Winspear Centre’s Charlie White Theatre.
Yvonne Kupsch, president of the concert band, said the show was a great success.
Their next performance is a joint concert with the Parkland Secondary School Concert Band on Thursday, June 8 starting at 7 p.m. in the Parkland School Theatre, 10640 McDonald Park Rd., North Saanich.
The upcoming concert – In The Mood – is family-friendly and free.
