Winnipeg singer-songwriter Cat Jahnke will be performing at the McMillan Arts Centre on Sept. 29.
Tickets are $17 in advance and for MAC members or $20 at the doors. The show is at 7:30 p.m.

Over the course of 10 years, Jahnke, a singer-songwriter and composer, has toured Canada regularly and during that time, she has released four albums. She described her genre as folk, pop and rock, but she recently released a pop song mash-up of artists including Ed Sheeran, The Weeknd, Taylor Swift, Kendrick Lamar and Adele.
Jahnke has scored several short films and documentaries. Her music has also been used in video games and TV shows such as Dance Moms, MTV Live and Degrassi: The Next Generation.
In the past decade, Jahnke has been nominated for the Contemporary Vocalist of the Year at the 2011 Canadian Folk Music Awards and she placed second in the 2013 International Songwriting Competition.
Jahnke was also a finalist in the 2006 John Lennon Songwriting Competition.
