Children’s Showcase presents the third of four exciting performances in the 2011-2012 season. Buzz Brass is an energetic and talented quintet (two trumpets, a horn, a trombone and a bass trombone) working with an actor to create a unique “musitheatrical” experience. Their award-winning show, “The History of Music”, will take the audience on a journey from prehistory to modern times that is dramatic – and hilarious. Music tells the story; music is the story in this show.
Suitable for ages three and up, the performance is on Sunday, January 15 at 2 p.m. at the Cleland Theatre in Penticton. Tickets are $12 at the door. Tickets are also on sale at the Tumbleweed Gallery in Penticton.
