Sept. 25 — South African/Canadian Zaki Ibrahim is a globally distinguished singer, songwriter and producer known for making music that defies any one genre. The two-time Polaris Music Prize nominee and Juno Award-winning artist performs at the Dream Café at 8 p.m. Tickets are $38 for premium tickets and $28 for wings.
Sept. 29 — The House is a Rockin’ Blues Jam hosted by the Yard Katz at Orchard House, 157 Orchard Ave. Doors open at 12:30 p.m. Great showcase of local artists from 1:30 to 5 p.m. Admission $5 in support of the South Okanagan Similkameen Volunteer Centre.
Sept. 29 — Juno nominated powerhouse trio Tim Williams, Kenny “Blues Boss” Wayne and Brandon Isaak team up to rock the world of Dream Café audiences. Tickets are $38 for premium seats and $28 for the wings. Show is at 8 p.m.

Sept. 27 — Pecha Kucha Penticton, at Cannery Brewing (198 Ellis St.), focusing on the theme of Fresh air, Fresh perspectives. Featured speakers include RCMP Insp. Ted De Jager, chair of the Penticton Creek Association Bryn White, urban cycling activist Matt Hopkins and others. Doors open at 6 p.m. Speakers at 7 p.m. Tickets are $15 at the Cannery Brewing and Cowork Penticton.
