Dec. 21 and 22 — Company B Jazz Band featuring a harmonizing female vocal trio in vintage style, take the stage at the Dream Café. Tickets are $31 for premium and $21 for the wings. Show is at 8 p.m. Doors open at 6 p.m.
Dec. 22 — The Okanagan Symphony Orchestra presents Yuletide Tales featuring the Okanagan Symphony Youth Chorus and Garry Gable. The heart-warming show brings classic holiday stories to life. Show is at the Cleland Community Theatre at 2 p.m. Tickets at 888-974-9170, or in person at the Shatford Centre.
Dec. 23 — Enjoy free live entertainment by Maven the Raven at Cannery Brewing from 6 to 8 p.m. No cover.
Dec. 30 — Dylan Knippelburg performs at the Cannery Brewing Co. (198 Ellis St.) from 6 to 8 p.m. No cover.
Dec. 31 — Rann Berry’s Time Machine takes music lovers back to the 60s through to the 80s at the Dream Café for a rocking New Year’s Eve. Tickets are $100 and include a three-course dinner and bubbly at midnight.
Jan. 5 — Rob n’ Walker CD release party at the Dream Café. Everyone goes home with a free copy of the band’s latest CD. Tickets are $25. Show at 8 p.m. Doors open at 6 p.m.
Jan. 6 — Enjoy free live entertainment by Darylectones at Cannery Brewing from 6 to 8 p.m. No cover.

Until Jan. 4 — Festival of Trees spread throughout Oliver Osoyoos Wine Country. Browse the holiday displays at Nk/Mip Cellars Winery, Black Hills Estate Winery, Oliver Twist Estate Winery and Tinhorn Estate Winery. Minimum donation of $2 suggested. Vote for your favourite tree. Donations will go towards the B.C. Children’s Hospital and the South Okanagan Children’s Charity.
Dec. 21 — Solstice: Stories between two lakes by Peach Gravy Theatre Cooperative at the Saint-Germain Café and Gallery. Tickets are $10. Music, stories, art from people living between the two lakes.
Dec. 22 — Bring your kids and your own camera to the taproom for a visit with Santa from 2 to 4 p.m. Visits by donation with full proceeds to the South Okanagan Children’s Charity.
Dec. 22 — Skate with Santa at McLaren Arena from 2 to 4 p.m. Regular admission rates apply.
Dec. 22 — Penticton Farmers’ Market winter markets from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Shatford Centre (760 Main St.).
Dec. 24 — Christmas Eve service at the Penticton Vineyard Community Church (1825 Main St.) from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. All welcome. No service on Christmas Day.
Dec. 31 — The New Year’s Eve Steal the Night party at the Penticton Lakeside Resort east ballroom featuring Trilojay and special guests the Darlings Cabaret. Midnight fireworks. Cocktail attire strongly encouraged. Tickets are $40 and includes entry and a variety of food truck inspired foods. Purchase online or at the front desk.
Dec. 31 — 70s New Years Bash at Mile Zero Wine Bar. Flashback to the era of Dazed and Confused and listen to vinyl all night long. No cover.
Dec. 31 — New Year’s Eve party at the Copper Mug Pub. Tickets are $25 and include three-course dinner, DJ music with James and party favours and midnight toast.
Dec. 31 — New Year’s Eve with the Yard Katz at Orchard House Theatre with special guest performances by Laura Close and Chloe Shea (Fresh B.C. Talent performers). Net proceeds support the fifth annual performers music workshops in the spring. Catered meal, door prizes, midnight toast. Tickets are $68 (plus service fees) and door opens at 7 p.m.
Dec. 31 — Black, white and red New Year’s Eve party at Time Winery starting at 9 p.m. Tickets are $69 and include complimentary glass of wine or craft beer, late night appetizers by Chef AK Campbell, a chef attended oyster station, live music by Le Mo Nay and a midnight toast.
