Nov. 16 – Go back in time to relive the days of Studio 54 at Craft Corner Kitchen with Just Jerri & Nadine from Forbidden Fruit. Get your boogie down at this disco event while you sip on cocktails and enjoy a dance after the show. Disco dance lessons will be provided during intermission. Doors open at 7 p.m. and showtime is 8 to 9:30 p.m. Tickets are available on Eventbrite and are $25 in advance and $30 at the door. Call 250-470-2358 if you’d like to make dinner reservations before the event. Don’t miss the 50/50 draw and prize for Best Dressed.

Nov. 17 — Jazz Vespers at 4:30 p.m. in St. Saviour’s Anglican Church. Join us for this hour of energizing music, relaxation and inspiration. Donations of gently used clothing, winter coats and jackets, bedding, footwear and t towels are gratefully received throughout the year. This month we encourage you to also bring packages of new underwear. The donation box is just inside the church door. Everyone welcome. Free will offering.
Nov. 24 – Kelowna-based musician Jeff Piattelli performs at Cannery Brewing from 6 to 8 p.m. No cover charge.
Nov. 23 – Jerri & Friends take the stage at Slackwater Brewing as part of the ongoing Slackwater Sessions. The no-cover show will run from 8 to 10 p.m. and will feature blues and rock, with a variety of the classics thrown in.
Nov. 25 – Pop-up choir at Cannery Brewing is the perfect event for those who like to sing and want to join a low-pressure group. This event is organized by Mia Harris with the Penticton Academy of Music and Drama Arts and doesn’t require any prior experience. Attendance is by donation to the Academy Bursary Fund and the event kicks off at 6:30 p.m.
Dec. 8 — Tenore is coming to the Penticton Church of the Nazarene at 6:30 p.m. Doors open at 6 p.m. Always a heart-warming addition for concert-goers at Christmas time, Tenore ‘s powerhouse vocals are now sought after across North America and around the world. Admission is by a free ticket voucher obtainable from the church at 250-492-4028 or info@nazpen.org. They are limited and will go fast. A free-will offering will be taken.

Nov. 10 — Open acoustic stage at Shades on Main (1909 Main St.) on Sundays from 4 to 8 p.m. in the coffee room.
Nov. 15 – Enjoy the free-admission Christmas Market at Entre-Lacs from 4 to 8 p.m. There will be raffles attendees can participate in and live entertainment. Proceeds from the market will go to the school’s Grade 7 & 8 field trip to Quebec City.
Nov. 22 — Tree Light Up and Downtown Open House. Nanaimo Square will come alive with the festive holiday spirit with all-age activities, extended shopping hours for businesses, an appearance by Mr. and Mrs. Claus and more. Events is from 5 to 8 p.m.
Nov. 23 – Christmas Holiday Craft Fair at Okanagan Falls Elementary School. The event is free admission and runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Attendees will have the opportunity to shop local, and purchase food and drinks from KJ Coffee.
