The popular Doxa movement from the turn of the century comes to Abbotsford on Sunday, Jan. 20.
The event takes place at Central Heights Church (1661 McMillan Rd.) from 8:30 to 10 p.m.
“Doxa was always about people coming together to worship the Lord, and that’s what we’ll do at this special event. Nothing sold, no money made – pure and simple worship,” says Vijay Manuel, Doxa leader and the head of MEI Schools.
The Doxa Guys band performing at the event includes original musicians Jared Falk, Rick Enns, Dan Kim and Dustin Freund – all graduates of MEI Schools.
The event is free, but tickets are required.
The event sold out at 1,100 attendees within the first few days, but there is still an opportunity for non-ticket holders to enter.
Guests with tickets will be accepted first, and then the event will be opened up to others.
