The Lonely, a tribute to Roy Orbison, will perform hits made famous by the late, great crooner during a performance at Summit Theatre on March 26.

An upcoming Langley concert promises to be a trip down memory lane for fans of the late Roy Orbison.

The Lonely —  a tribute to the music of Roy Orbison — is a collection of songwriters who have played in a variety of original music projects.  Their love of Orbison starts with their appreciation of his songwriting.

The Lonely is comprised of Mike Demers — vocals/guitar; Benji Coey — drums; Jack Weyler — keys; Amber Bosma — vocals;  Melanie Wittar — vocals; Stephan Bozenich — bass/vocals;  Chris Lloyd — guitar/vocals.

Orbison, also known as The Big O, was unmistakable with his trademark sunglasses, his distinctive, powerful voice, his complex compositions and dark emotional ballads — including Only The Lonely, “Crying, and Oh, Pretty Woman.

The Lonely — a Tribute to Roy Orbison will perform Thursday, March 26 at the Cascades Casino Summit Theatre.
