Want to meet new people, get out of your comfort zone and have a laugh? Are you curious about getting on stage? Or maybe helping out behind the scenes and learning the magic of stagecraft?
Theatre is a great way to do it—and it doesn’t have to be scary.
We represent three local community groups who are looking for new people to get involved in our shows. We’re working together to share what we do and create new opportunities for actors and stage crew.
Come join us for a series of fun games and acting exercises on Sept. 19. It’s a free, entertaining escape from your regular life. Whether you’ve acted before or never read from a script, all are welcome to participate. This workshop is your chance to come together and play. Bring a friend or two.
Meet at Bumbershoot Theatre, 1295 Cannery Lane next to Prospera Place. The gathering is for two hours starting at 1:30 p.m. Sept. 19.
