Don Logan

March 19, 1955 – April 12, 2023
In loving memory ~
It saddens us deeply, with heavy hearts, to announce the sudden passing of Don Logan on April 12, 2023.
Don was born on March 19, 1955, in Vancouver; however, his roots dig deep in Langley & Fort Langley as that is where he was raised, and his family has been successful dairy farmers since 1904.
Don was a man of generosity, humour, and strength. He loved the sunshine, his family, and a good happy hour!
Growing up, Don was very active with sports, particularly soccer and rugby. After his brother Jamie passed away in 1986, his brother David, and his father Bob, planted “The Field of Dreams,” now known as the Langley Rugby Club, in memory of Jamie. Don played rugby for many years and retired as a lifetime member. Many Slo Pitch games were also played here with great friends.
Don and Heather retired in 2016 and moved to Vernon, living on the Okanagan Lake. With a slower-paced life, Don & Heather lived a life of relaxation and enjoyed having their children and grandchildren visit!
Don will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by his loving wife, Heather; his children, Richie (Kelly) & Ashley ( Jordan ); his grandchildren, Tyson & Khloe; his mother, Diane; his siblings, Dave (Trina), Teresa, & John; and all his other family members and friends. Don was predeceased by his father, Bob, brother Jamie, and many great friends.
There will be a celebration of Life on July 9, 2023, at 2 p.m. at the Fort Langley Community Hall.
