Surrey Coun. Barinder Rasode helps with Tzu Chi Foundation Surrey’s recent annual winter relief event at The Front Room. Volunteer provided dinner, hot chocolate, jackets, cold-weather gear and a bag of personal supplies to the needy.
Tzu Chi makes regular visits to places such as The Front Room and the Surrey Food Bank.
