A walk this weekend will explore some of the rarest habitats on Earth, as well as the first wildflowers to inhabit them this spring. The Buds n’ Bloom Botany Walk will be lead by Karen Barry and Pacific Rainforest Adventure Tours, and will take residents into local enchanting Garry Oak meadows rich in biodiversity.
The Brant Festival Event will take place this Sunday and meet at the Craig Park Heritage Museum. The walk runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and the cost is $20 per person.
