The June 8 event, held at West Coast Gardens, was a benefit for Servants Anonymous Society in Surrey hosted by Malary’s Fashion Network in Cloverdale. Proceeds from the event will make a difference in the lives of exploited women and youth.

SAS provides safe homes, education, addiction prevention programs and more.

Kamal Dhillon, author of Black and Blue Sari and a domestic violence counsellor, also shared her heart-wrenching story.

Models included Surrey city councillor Barinder Rasode, Monika Blichar of Art World Expo, Caroline Macgillivray of Beauty Night Society, Tammy-Lynn McNabb and others.

A variety of vendors also took part.
