The Summerland Secondary School’s senior leadership class is taking part in the Rotary International’s $100 challenge project.

The objective of the project is to grow $100 to a greater dollar value before May 1. When that date arrives, the group members will be donating the original $100 plus any additional earnings to the Summerland Food Bank.

Students are raffling off three gift baskets on display at the Summerland Medicine Centre until the draw date of Feb. 29.

One is a coffee basket, another features Summerland jams and syrups, and the third contains the makings for hot chocolate.
