Strong representation from area groups brainstormed on new plans for the future of the Centre
The North Thompson Volunteer and Information Centre (NTVIC) held a strategic planning meeting with facilitator Grace Baker on Jan. 17, in their office at the Ridge in Barriere. A strong representation of groups in the North Thompson were on hand to brainstorm and focus on new plans for the future. NTVIC stated they have a lot to offer the community. “The After School Program, the Walking Program and the Income Tax Program remain strong, and we look forward to establishing new and exciting programs,” says NTVIC rep Beverly Murphy, “We thank everyone who attended or took the time to forward their ideas. The input from the community is greatly appreciated and we look forward to working together to bring better programs to our area.”
