A Chase summer recreation program will be beginning in Chase on July 2 for children between the ages of four and 12.
Each day of the program has activities structured around a different theme.
Some of these themes include small-town heros, where children visit the local fire station and meet the local police officers, as well as mystery madness where children work together to solve a mystery.
Drop-off is between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. each morning and pickup is from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. in the afternoon.
Most classes cost a $15 fee, and children are asked to bring a nutritious lunch with two drinks, a bathing suit, towel and a hat.
Parents are advised to register soon as space is filling up quickly.
They can do so at the Chase Community Hall between eight in the morning and three in the afternoon, Monday to Friday or by calling 250 319-6302.
