Neil Jones shows off his 2006 Harley Davidson Screaming Eagle V-Rod motorcyle that was the winner of the People’s Choice and Best Sports Bike awards at a show in Salmon Arm to promote the upcoming Sturgis North motorcycle rally. The bike was designed by Porsche and Harley and features what was then the most powerful engine in the manufacturer’s lineup.
Sturgis North takes place in Salmon Arm from July 13-17 and is expected to attract up to 50,000 people. The schedule includes a trip to Revelstoke on July 17 for a ride and event hosted by Glacier House Resort.
