Magic wands will be waving, candy disappearing and adults and kids alike will be spellbound, as award- winning magician Leif David performs at the Vernon Museum’s Halloween Magic Show Oct. 29.
Due to the overwhelming response from last year’s event, two shows have been scheduled for this year, at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Everyone is encouraged to dress in costume for entry into the prize draws.
“Charms and curses are not part of the performance, but there will be tons of opportunity for fun-filled audience participation,” said Denise Marsh, marketing and communications coordinator at the museum. “Leif has a wonderful ability to make volunteers from the audience the stars of his show.
“Following the magic show, our old town shops will be open, allowing children to trick or treat within the museum.”
The museum staff would like to extend a huge thank you to event sponsor Kal Tire.
