If you haven’t been on Metro Vancouver’s newest highway yet, this timelapse video by Donald Nyguen will let you experience the route in a hurry.
The compressed trip takes just over five minutes, way faster than the real one.
But users of the SFPR are experiencing major time savings. The route from Highway 1 in north Surrey through Delta to the Tsawwassen Ferry terminal can now be done in just 30 minutes, down from about an hour previously by drivers using Highway 10.
Nguyen’s video link was tweeted Friday by B.C.’s Ministry of Transportation (@TranBC on Twitter).
