- The Surrey Homelessness and Housing Task Force is holding its all-candidates meeting on Thursday, April 20, with topics being affordable housing, homelessness and poverty in Surrey. Doors open at 5:30 p.m at the Crystal at York Banquet Hall, #210-12888 80th Ave. The meeting is 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- The Surrey Board of Trade will be holding its Surrey Candidates Meeting on Wednesday April 26, from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., at the Sheraton Vancouver Guildford Hotel at 15269 104 Ave. The topics will be public safety, the environment, industry and infrastructure, international trade, social policy, taxation and transportation. There will also be a question and answer period.
- Surrey’s Downtown Business Improvement Association is staging its Surrey-Whalley All Candidates Meeting on Thursday, April 27 at SFU Surrey, at 13450 102 Ave., beginning at 6:30 p.m. This meeting is expected to run for two hours.
- The Delta Chamber of Commerce will host an all-candidates meeting in North Delta on April 26. The meeting will be from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at North Delta Secondary School, at 11447 82nd Ave.
- Sullivan Heights Secondary School at 6248 144th St. is holding an all-candidates meeting covering Surrey-Panorama and Surrey-Fleetwood on April 25, starting at 6 p.m.
