An Abbotsford man has pleaded guilty to one of the three child porn offences with which he was charged last summer.
Richard Cull, 30, pleaded guilty on Jan. 31 in Abbotsford provincial court to possession of child pornography.

His two other charges – importing/distributing child porn and accessing child porn – are expected to be stayed at sentencing.
A pre-sentence report with a psychological component is due to be presented in court on May 9, at which time sentencing could occur.
Police previously said that Cull came to their attention after they received information from the RCMP’s National Child Exploitation Centre that an Abbotsford resident had accessed images of child sexual abuse.
A search warrant was then executed on June 8, 2018 at Cull’s central Abbotsford residence, where police seized electronic devices.
Those devices were then analyzed, and images of child sexual abuse were found.
Cull was subsequently arrested and charged.
