The Canadian federal election is less than two weeks away, but residents can start casting their votes as early as Oct. 11.
Advance voting will be happening on Friday, Oct. 11; Saturday, Oct. 12; Sunday, Oct. 13 and Monday Oct. 14 in Parksville, Qualicum Beach and the Regional District of Nanaimo. In addition, you can vote by mail if you apply no later than 3 p.m. PT on Oct. 15.

In Parksville, advanced voting will be at Parksville Community Centre (132 Jensen Ave. East) from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
In Qualicum Beach, advanced voting will be at the Qualicum Beach Civic Centre (747 Jones St.) from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Residents outside of Parksville and Qualicum Beach can check where their polling station are at elections.ca or refer to their Elections Canada voting cards.
