Two youth face charges after Oak Bay police responded to a complaint of yelling and swearing in Gonzales Bay Aug. 2.
Officers found four drunk males aged 16 to 18. Officers also discovered a quantity of marijuana large enough to land one of them a recommended charge of possession of a controlled substance for the purposes of trafficking.
Another youth received a violation ticket for possession of liquor.
On Aug. 4, police were kept busy with complaints about noisy, alcohol-fueled house parties between 9:30 p.m. and 2:30 a.m.
