SOUTH SURREY — Police are looking into alcohol as a possible factor in a two-vehicle crash in Surrey late Thursday night.

Surrey RCMP say two vehicles collided near 176th Street and 16th Avenue around 11 p.m, affecting traffic in all directions.

Police say the crash involved a black 2015 VW Jetta and a black 2010 Mercedes C300.

A Green Toyota Yaris also suffered minor damage in the incident, according to police.

Surrey RCMP say the driver of the VW Jetta was taken to hospital with injuries that didn’t appear to be serious.

Police suspect that driver may have been impaired.
