Amazon Canada will now be offering free one-day delivery to Prime subscribers in Victoria.
The company announced this week that 13 new cities will be able to get free one-day delivery, making the shipping option available to a total of 19 cities across the country.
Victoria is the only B.C. city on the list and Quebec City is the only one from Quebec. The remaining 11 locations are in southwestern Ontario and include cities such as Hamilton, London, Kitchener and Waterloo.
All qualifying orders over $25 that are ordered prior to a cut-off time will arrive by 9 p.m. local time the next day, including Saturdays and Sundays.

Currently, Toronto and Vancouver also offer free same-day delivery to Prime members that make orders in the morning, typically before noon.
Free one-day delivery is available for many items such as toiletries, cleaning products, books, movies, electronic accessories and devices like e-readers and tablets.
