Opening Nite Theatre Society’s annual Christmas pantomime opens Friday, Dec. 12.
This year’s production will feature Alice in Pantoland, where she will meet some odd and hilarious (as well as musical) friends along the way. Some of the characters include the mock turtle, the gryphon and of course the Mad Hatter and Cheshire Cat.
In the show, Alice must sing along to find her way home without running into the Red Queen and her group of cards.
The audience will be encouraged to sing, laugh, and cheer on Fairy Nice as she helps Alice dethrone the Red Queen.
Alice in Pantoland runs from Dec. 12 to 21, and from Jan. 2 to 11 next year. Friday and Saturday shows begin at 8 p.m. and Sunday shows start at 2 p.m. Tickets are $15 each for adults and $5 for children between three and 12 years.
