Cariboo-Chilcotin MLA Donna Barnett supports the province’s five minimum requirements that must be met before it will consider allowing Enbridge oil pipelines to migrate to British Columbia.
The MLA’s comments are less positive, however, when it comes to the current status of pipeline benefits versus the risk of spills and potential for serious pollution.
