Be loud and be proud! Don’t miss Barriere Class of 2020 parade on Thursday, June 25

The Barriere Secondary Grads of 2020 Parade will be taking place on Thursday, June 25, starting at the Bandshell in Fadear Park at 7:45 p.m. and then doing a short tour through the heart of the community, before they head over to a private family showing of their graduation ceremonies at the North Thompson Agriplex.

The grad committee is encouraging residents to “come out and support the parade as these grads prepare to move out into the world and embrace their chosen careers. The parade will not be traveling through all the neighbourhoods due to time constraints, but residents are encouraged to line the park and the roads (as noted on the attached map), with socially distancing of course. It will make the event special for the grads if people make signs, and have balloons, or hearts for the kids to see. Please be loud and be proud!”
