In chronological order of hearing in Vanderhoof Law Courts:

 

Lloyd Peter Alexis is charged for committing sexual assault in Vanderhoof on July 7. He will appear next in Prince George Law Courts on Aug. 18.

Ronald Reginald Bradley is charged for possessing property obtained by crime in Fraser Lake on July 11. He will appear in Vanderhoof Law Courts on Aug. 22 for psychiatric exam and report/assessment order.

Dexter Mitchell Felix is found guilty of breaching probation order in Fort St. James on June 9 and July 10. He is sentenced to 10 days in jail.

Chad Richard Harris is charged for driving while driver’s license is suspended in Vanderhoof on June 18. He will consult counsel in Vanderhoof Law Courts on Aug. 22.

Charles Jason John is found guilty of assaulting a peace officer in Vanderhoof on July 7. He is fined $200.

Quentin Mackenzie Nooski is found guilty of committing assault in Fort Fraser on July 5 and assault with weapon or causing harm in Fraser Lake on Aug. 4, as well as breaching probation order in Fort Fraser on July 5 and Aug. 4. He is sentenced to jail for 84 days, probation order of two years, and prohibition from firearms for 10 years.

Kayne Sabbe Penner is charged for manslaughter using firearm and careless use or storage of a firearm in Vanderhoof on Dec. 22, 2012, as well as assault, possessing a weapon for dangerous purposes, and bail violations on Aug. 4. He will next appear in Vanderhoof Law Courts on Sept. 13.

Shaun Graeme Perry is charged for assault and attempting to choke to overcome resistance in Vanderhoof on Nov. 2 last year, and bail violations on July 23. He will appear in Vanderhoof Law Courts for trial on March 14 next year.

Tricia Lynn Alexis is charged for assaulting a peace officer in Vanderhoof on April 16. She is issued a bench warrant for failing to appear in court on Aug. 8.

Locklin Buchanan is charged for theft valued at $5,000 or under in Vanderhoof on March 28. He will hear charges in Vanderhoof Law Courts on Sept. 12.

Adrian Leonard Carlson and Alfred Jones David are charged for assault in Vanderhoof on March 6. They will next appear in Vanderhoof Law Courts on Sept. 12 to fix a court date and hear charges.

Sidney Joseph Everett is charged for driving while prohibited from doing so in Vanderhoof on April 28 and June 2. He will hear charges and consult counsel in Vanderhoof Law Courts on Sept. 12.

Steven Anthony Felker is charged for breaching probation order in Vanderhoof on July 5. He will hear charges in Vanderhoof Law Courts on Aug. 22.

Amber Jade George is charged for driving while prohibited from doing so in Fort Fraser on Feb. 4. She will hear charges in Vanderhoof Law Courts on Sept. 12.

Sandra Mae Nooski is charged for committing assault in Stellako on May 7. She will consult counsel in Vanderhoof Law Courts on Sept. 12.

Taylor James William Parker is charged for possessing a weapon for dangerous purposes, pointing a firearm, uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, assault with a weapon, and bail violations in Vanderhoof on June 19. He will hear charges in Vanderhoof Law Courts on Sept. 12.

Aaron John Paul is charged for bail violations in Fraser Lake on June 3. He is issued a bench warrant for failing to appear in court on Aug. 8.

Brandon Lee David is charged for mischief involving property valued at $5,000 or under, and breaking and entering with intent to commit offence in Vanderhoof on March 13. He will hear charges in Vanderhoof Law Courts on Sept. 12.

Tyler James Thomas is charged for mischief involving property valued at $5,000 or under, and breaking and entering with intent to commit offence in Vanderhoof on June 28. He will consult counsel in Vanderhoof Law Courts on Oct. 24.

Jeremy Jonathon Louie is found guilty of driving while prohibited from doing so in Vanderhoof on Nov. 21, 2014 and on Aug. 29 last year, as well as bail violations this year. He is fined $500, sentenced to jail for 14 days, and is prohibited from driving for one year.

Anthony John Patrick is found guilty of committing assault on Sept. 2 and bail violations on Dec. 3 last year in Vanderhoof. He is sentenced to probation order for 12 months and a suspended sentence of 12 months.

Cindy Charlene Felix is charged for theft and possession of property acquired by theft valued at $5,000 or under in Vanderhoof on Oct. 26 last year.  She is also charged for theft valued at over and under $5,000 in Fort St. James on March 3. She will appear in Vanderhoof Law Courts on Oct. 24 for pre-sentence and psychiatric or psychological report.

Brook Brian Gibson is found guilty of driving while prohibited from doing so in Cluculz Lake on Dec. 4 last year. He is fined $500 and is prohibited from driving for a year.

Franklin Gabriel Isadore is charged for driving while prohibited from doing in Vanderhoof on Nov. 10 last year. He will appear in Prince George Law Courts on Aug. 18 to fix a court date.

Billy Joe Johnny is charged for forcible confinement without lawful authority, assault, uttering threats, and breaching probation order in Vanderhoof on Aug. 11. He will next appear in Fort St. James Provincial Court on Aug. 15.

Percy James Pierre is found guilty of driving while driver’s license is suspended on July 29 last year and July 27 this year, and being unlawfully at large on June 24 in Fort St. James. He is fined $1,000 and is prohibited from driving for two years.

Brent Michael Guillet is found guilty of uttering threats to cause death of bodily harm and bail violations in Fort St. James on July 19. He is sentenced to jail for 30 days.

Desiree Dawn Patrick is charged for dangerous driving, causing an accident that results in death, and theft of a motor vehicle in Fort Fraser on Oct. 3 last year. On the same day, she’s also charged with impaired driving causing death and operating a motor vehicle in Fraser Lake. She is also charged for bail violations in Vanderhoof on April 27. She will appear in Vanderhoof Law Courts on Sept. 26 for pre-sentence report.

Keith Barnes is charged for assault with a weapon, forcible confinement without lawful authority, and uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm in Vanderhoof on Jan. 23 and June 27. He will appear in Vanderhoof Law Courts for trial on March 14 and 28 next year.

Corina Lynn Beauchamp is charged for driving while prohibited from doing so in Vanderhoof on April 19 last year. She will appear in Vanderhoof Law Courts for trial on March 14 next year.

Victor Charles Burt is charged for driving while license is suspended in Fort Fraser on April 30. He will appear in Vanderhoof Law Courts for trial on Feb. 7 next year.

Hoa Hung Duong and Ly Sau Phuc are charged with possession of controlled substances for the purpose of trafficking in Fraser Lake on Feb. 6. They will appear in Vanderhoof Law Courts on Sept. 12 to hear charges.

Garry Curtis Eglinski is charged for assault and uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm in Vanderhoof on May 2. He will appear in Vanderhoof Law Courts for trial on March 28 next year.

Kayden Joseph Engstrom is charged for hunting or trapping on cultivated land and trespassing on Sept. 27 last year. He will appear in Vanderhoof Law Courts for trial on Feb. 7 next year.

Lester Andrew John is charged for theft valued at $5,000 or under in Vanderhoof on May 14. He will appear in Vanderhoof Law Courts for trial on March 14 next year.

Kalen William Joel Joseph is charged for assault with weapon or causing harm in Vanderhoof on April 18. He will appear in Vanderhoof Law Courts for trial on Feb. 7 next year.
