Vanderhoof and Fort St. James cases in chronological order of hearing in law courts of the area:

 

Burton Steven Joseph is charged for sexual assault in Fort St. James on May 26. He will be tried in Fort St. James Provincial Court on Feb. 9 next year.

Ernest Reid Trainor is charged for failing or refusing to provide breath sample for intoxication testing in Fort St. James on March 5. He will be tried in Fort St. James Provincial Court on Jan. 31 next year.

Lloyd Peter Alexis is charged for sexual assault in Vanderhoof on July 7. He will next appear in Vanderhoof Law Courts on Sept. 26.

Darcy William Hunter is charged for sexual assault in Fort St. James on April 22. He will be tried in Fort St. James Provincial Court on March 7 next year.

Franklin Gabriel Isadore is charged for driving while prohibited from doing so in Vanderhoof on Nov. 10 last year. He will be tried in Vanderhoof Law Courts on March 28 next year.

Sheena Ashley John is charged for possession of property obtained by crime on March 3 and eight bail violations from March to July in Fort St. James. She will be tried in Fort St. James Provincial Court on Jan. 12 next year.

Jason Nicholas Junior Joseph is charged for bail violations in Fort St. James on Sept. 17 last year. He will next appear in Fort St. James Provincial Court on Oct. 18.

Jonathan Leon is charged for assault in Fort St. James on May 16. He will be tried in Fort St. James Provincial Court on Feb. 9 next year.

An individual, whose identity is not released due to court order, is charged for sexual interference of a person under the age of 16 and sexual assault in Fort St. James. He or she will next appear in court on Oct. 18.

Megan Jodi Daisy Mattess is charged for driving while prohibited from doing so in Fort St. James on Sept. 22 last year. She will be tried in Fort St. James Provincial Court on Jan. 17 next year.

Matthew Monk is charged for bail violations in Tachie on Nov. 25 last year and failing to appear due to court order on June 21 in Fort St. James. He will be tried in Fort St. James Provincial Court on Jan. 12 next year.

Kaylene Theresa Solonas is charged for assault causing bodily harm in Tachie on April 30. She will be tried in Fort St. James Provincial Court on Jan. 31 next year.

Tyrone Craig Teed is charged for sexual assault in Mission on Nov. 15, 2014, wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer and bail violations in Vanderhoof on Aug. 13. He will next appear in Vanderhoof Law Courts on Aug. 22.

Francis Henry Thomas is charged for assaulting and wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer in Fort St. James on June 30. He will next appear in Fort St. James Provincial Court on Aug. 30.

Frank Richard Williams is charged for driving while prohibited from doing so in Fort St. James on Dec. 9 last year. He will be tried in Fort St. James Provincial Court on Jan. 12 next year.

Molly Marie Bullock and Taylor James William Parker are charged for extortion, uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, and assault with a weapon in Vanderhoof on June 19.

Bullock is also charged for possessing a weapon for dangerous purposes and mischief involving property valued at $5,000 or under. She will have her first appearance in Vanderhoof Law Courts on Sept. 26.

Parker is also charged for using an imitation firearm to commit indictable offences and possessing a weapon for dangerous purposes. He will have his first appearance and hear charges in Vanderhoof Law Courts on Sept. 12.

Annie Jean Anatole is charged for murder in Fort St. James on July 17.  She will consult counsel in Fort St. James Provincial Court on Sept. 19.

Nicholas Ryan Basil is found guilty of wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer on June 20 and bail violations on July 22 in Fort St. James.   He is sentenced to probation order for a year.

Tod Willis Beeton is found guilty of assault in Fort St. James on Nov. 29, 2009. He is sentenced to 18 months of probation order and suspended sentence.

Larry Mason Duncan is charged for unauthorized possession of a firearm in Takla Landing on Dec. 18, 2014. He will next appear in Fort St. James Provincial Court on Sept. 19.

Billy Joe Johnny is charged for forcible confinement without lawful authority, assault, uttering threats, and breaching probation order in Vanderhoof on Aug. 11. He will be in Vanderhoof Law Courts for his first appearance on Sept. 26.

Burton Steven Joseph is charged for sexual assault in Fort St. James on May 26. He will be tried in Fort St. James Provincial Court on Feb. 9.

Walter Paul Joseph is found guilty of uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm in Fort St. James on June 26. He is sentenced to probation order and suspended sentence for a year, and prohibited from firearms for five years.

Joseph Steve Patrick is found guilty of breaching probation order in Fraser Lake on Aug. 14. He is sentenced to jail for 11 days.

Marissa Rose Daisy Pierre is found guilty of theft valued at $5,000 or under on April 12, as well as bail violations on April 15 and May 12 in Fort St. James. She is sentenced to 18 months of probation order and suspended sentence.

Barry William Prince is charged for breaching probation order in Fort St. James on Sept. 10 last year. He will next appear in Fort St. James Provincial Court on Sept. 19.

Arthur James Thomas is found guilty of breaching probation order in Vanderhoof on July 11. He is sentenced to jail for nine days.

Dale Robert Thomas is charged for theft valued at $5,000 or under in Fort St. James on March 22. He will hear charges in Fort St. James Provincial Court on Oct. 3.

Davison Wetzel is charged for assault with and without a weapon in June and July, as well as forcible confinement without lawful authority, mischief involving property valued at $5,000 or under, and uttering threats to burn, destroy or damage on Aug. 12 in Vanderhoof. He will be in Vanderhoof Law Courts for his first appearance on Sept. 26.

Joseph Wayne Willard is found guilty of breaching probation order in Fraser Lake on Aug. 11. He is sentenced to jail for 22 days.

Jeffrey Martin Alexis is charged for impersonation with intent to avoid arrest and driving while driving’s licence is suspended in Fort St. James on Jan. 20. He will be appear in Prince George Law Courts on Sept. 1 to fix a court date.

Jarret David Anatole is charged for care or control of a vehicle while impaired in Fort St. James on Feb. 6. He will next appear in Fort St. James Provincial Court on Sept. 19.

Bernice Christine Charlie is charged for assault and bail violations in Fort St. James on April 25. She will hear charges in Fort St. James Provincial Court on Sept. 19.

Perry Andrew Charlie is charged for breaching probation order and bail violations in Takla Landing on June 19. He will hear charges in Fort St. James Provincial Court on Sept. 19. He is also charged for breaching probation order in Takla Landing on May 20 and will appear in Prince George Law Courts on Aug. 23 to fix a court date.

Philip Alfred Charlie is charged for driving while prohibited from doing so in Takla Landing on May 20. He intends to plead guilty in Fort St. James Provincial Court on Sept. 19.

Kyle Andrew Edgeworth is charged for using a prohibited method, gear, or bait to fish during close time on July 3. A warrant has been applied for Sept. 19, as Edgeworth previously failed to appear in court.

Wayne Kendall Erickson is charged for driving while prohibited from doing so in Fort St. James on July 8. He will hear charges in Fort St. James Provincial Court on Sept. 19.

Justin Alec Felix is charged for breaking and entering and disguising face with intent to commit offence in Fort St. James on Oct. 18 last year. He will consult counsel in Fort St. James Provincial Court on Oct. 3.

Carly Holland Fonda and Darren William Gladue are charged for possession and production of controlled substances for the purpose of trafficking in Fort St. James on Nov. 16 last year. On Feb. 1, they are also charged for possession of controlled substances and Gladue is charged for wilfully resting or obstructing a peace officer. On June 14, Gladue is also charged for uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, and bail violations on Aug. 4. They will hear charges in Fort St. James Provincial Court on Sept. 19.

Darcy William Hunter is charged for sexual assault in Fort St. James on April 22. He will be tried in Fort St. James Provincial Court on March 7.

Jennifer Anne Isaac is charged for fraud and theft valued at $5,000 or under in Fort St. James on April 29 last year. She will appear in Fort St. James Provincial Court for pre-sentence report on Sept. 19.

Rebecca Lee-Marie Joseph and Hilary Rene Julian is charged for breaking and entering and committing indictable offences, and uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm in Fort St. James on July 8. She will consult counsel in Fort St. James Provincial Court on Oct. 3.

Barbara Jane Lessard is charged for assault and attempting to choke to overcome resistance in Fort St. James on April 10. She will consult counsel in Fort St. James Provincial Court on Oct. 3.

An individual, whose identity is not released due to court order, is charged for inviting a person under the age of 16 to touch for a sexual purpose and assault in Fort St. James. He or she will hear charges in court on Oct. 3.

George Jonas Morris is charged for sexual assault in Fort St. James on April 29. He will hear charges in Fort St. James Provincial Court on Sept. 19.

Stuart Myles Nash is charged for driving while prohibited from doing so in Fort St. James on June 29. He intends to plead guilty in Fort St. Provincial Court on Aug. 30.

Jay Barkley Prince is charged for driving while driver’s licence is suspended in Takla Landing on May 21. He intends to plead guilty in Fort St. Provincial Court on Sept. 19.

Eliza May Robert is charged for breaching probation order in Fort St. James on March 24. She will be in Fort St. James Provincial Court for her first appearance on Sept. 19.

Angela Sayers is charged for using a prohibited method, gear, or bait to fish during close time in Fort St. James on July 3. A warrant has been applied for Sept. 19, as Sayers previously failed to appear in court.

Scott Stanley Schielke is charged for bail violations in Fort St. James on April 23. He will consult counsel in Fort St. James Provincial Court on Oct. 3.

Darcy Frederick Vaillant is charged for carless use or storage of a firearm, possessing a weapon for dangerous purposes, possessing an unauthorized weapon, intentionally discharging a firearm while being reckless, and loading a restricted firearm with ammo in Fort St. James on May 7. He will hear charges in Fort St. James Provincial Court on Sept. 19.

Gary Vernon West is charged for driving while prohibited from doing so in Fort St. James on July 8. He will consult counsel in Fort St. James Provincial Court on Oct. 3.

Terry Robert Walter West is charged for assault with a weapon and possessing a weapon for dangerous purposes in Takla Landing on April 16, and bail violations in April and July. He will hear charges in Fort St. James Provincial Court on Oct. 3.

Brent Best is found guilty of causing fear of injury or damage in another person in Fort St. James on Jan. 7. He is fined $500 with a promise to be on good behaviour for six months.

Jason William Caldwell is found guilty of possessing a weapon contrary to court order and driving while prohibited from doing so in Fort St. James on July 29 last year. He is fined $500, prohibited from driving for a year, and prohibited from firearms for life.

Marvin Edgar Charlie is found guilty of bail violations in Fort St. James on July 16 last year.

Corey Antoine Felix is found guilty of breaching probation order in Fort St. James on Oct. 24 last year. He is sentenced to eight months of probation order and suspended sentence.

Dixie Lee Haskell is found not guilty of mischief involving property valued at $5,000 or under in Fort St. James on June 29 last year.

Hank Abel John is found guilty of assault causing bodily harm and breaching probation order on April 21, as well as assault on April 2, in Fort St. James. He is sentenced to 18 months of probation order and is prohibited from firearms for 10 years.

David Arthur Juillette is charged for possession of controlled substances and possessing a weapon for dangerous purposes in Fort St. James on Oct. 9. He will appear in Prince George Law Courts on Aug. 24 to fix a court date.

Gabriel Theodore Monk is found guilty of causing causing fear of injury or damage in another person on Dec. 5 and bail violations on Dec. 12 last year in Tachie. He is fined $500 with a promise to be on good behaviour for a year.

Robin Alvin Prince is charged for breaching probation order in Fort St. James on Aug. 15. He will neat appear in Vanderhoof Law Courts on Aug. 22.
