Ronald Reginald Bradley is charged for possession of property obtained by crime in Fraser Lake on July 11. He will be in Vanderhoof Law Courts on Sept. 26 for psychiatric exam and report/assessment order.
Bernice Christine Charlie is charged for assault in Fort St. James on Dec. 26 last year. She will be tried in Fort St. James Provincial Court on Dec. 6.
Blaine Wilson John is charged for assault, wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer, uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, and theft and possession of property valued at $5,000 or under in Fort St. James on Aug. 20. He will appear in Prince George Law Courts on Aug. 31 to fix a court date.
Arlene Agnes Joseph is charged for theft valued at $5,000 or under in Vanderhoof on Aug. 21. She will be in Vanderhoof Law Courts for her first appearance on Sept. 26.
Robert Douglas Theodore Merrick is found guilty of driving while prohibited from doing so in Cluculz Lake on June 24. He is fined $500 and prohibited from driving for a year.
Richard Thomas Pflanz is charged for possession of controlled substances in Cluculz Lake on Feb. 3 last year. He will be tried in Vanderhoof Law Courts on Dec. 13.
Angelina Veronica, Curtis John, and Kristen Adrienne Raphael are charged for possession of controlled substances for the purpose of trafficking in Vanderhoof on April 26, 2014. They will appear in Vanderhoof Law Courts on Sept. 12 to fix a court date.
Tyrone Craig Teed is found guilty of sexual assault in Mission on Nov. 15, 2014. He received a conditional sentence of 15 months and probation order for 30 months.
Elliot Allen William is charged for breaking and entering and committing indictable offence, as well as theft valued at $5,000 or under, in Vanderhoof on Aug. 20. He will next appear in Fort St. James Provincial Court on Aug. 29.
Tricia Lynn Alexis is charged for assaulting a peace officer in Vanderhoof on April 16. She will hear charges in Vanderhoof Law Courts on Sept. 26.
Jacob Ingo Butler is charged for aggravated assault in Fraser Lake on March 23. In the same incident, Jordan Dominic Toulon is charged for wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer. They will hear charges in Vanderhoof Law Courts on Sept. 26.
Malcom John Calder is charged for uttering threats in Fraser Lake on July 22. He will hear charges in Vanderhoof Law Courts on Oct. 24.
Teancum Daide Chaisson is charged for impaired care or control of a vehicle in Vanderhoof on March 4. Chaisson will hear charges in Vanderhoof Law Courts on Sept. 26.
Angela Lorraine Fehr is charged for assault with and without a weapon in Vanderhoof on Aug. 10. She will hear charges in Vanderhoof Law Courts on Oct. 24.
Ramona Helen Woelke is charged for assault in Fraser Lake on Aug. 11. She will be tried in Fraser Lake Provincial Court on Oct. 31.
Darwin Lee Felix is found guilty of driving while prohibited from doing so in Tachie on July 20. He is fined $500 and prohibited from driving for a year.
An individual — whose identity, along with other information that may identify a victim or witness, is subject to publication ban — is charged for sexual assault in Fort St. James. He or she will appear in court on Oct. 19 to fix a court date.
An individual — whose identity, along with other information that may identify a victim or witness, is subject to publication ban — is found guilty of sexual interference of a person under the age of 16. He or she is sentenced to jail for 286 days, prohibited from firearms for 10 years, and prohibited from contacting or being in potential contact with people under the age of 16 for three years.
Jake Toby Patrick is found guilty of assault in Vanderhoof on July 31. He is sentenced to jail for 81 days and probation order for a year.
Chad Thomas Quaw is charged for assault with a weapon, uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, and possessing a weapon for dangerous purposes in Vanderhoof of Aug. 22. He will next appear in Fort St. James Provincial Court on Aug. 29.
Lloyd Peter Alexis is found not guilty of sexual assault in Vanderhoof on July 7.
