Gary Mawer’s neighbour has half the garden he did Wednesday thanks to heavy rains Thursday.
Debris from the Dec. 20 wind storm and the heavy rains of the past two days combined to clog up the waterway near the 2400 block of Selwyn Road on the Millstream side of Langford.
“My neighbour lost half his yard,” said Mawer, who hopes to see the culvert cleared today.
