Langley RCMP has now received reports of three bobcat thefts since Oct. 11.
The thefts have occurred all over the Langleys including Willoughby, Langley City and Aldergrove. Two of the bobcats were stolen from construction sites, while the third was taken from the back of a pickup truck.
“Criminals are more industrious than you might suspect and you should take extraordinary steps to secure your property or it may roll away,” said Langley RCMP Cpl. Holly Largy. “Consider using locks and chains to secure equipment, or perhaps remove the battery.”
