A man was discovered deceased in a vehicle at the Husky gas station at 2350 Cliffe Ave. in Courtenay Thursday.
The man was found deceased in the driver’s seat of a truck.
A coroner’s investigation is underway.
“I can confirm we are investigating and it doesn’t appear to be suspicious in nature,” said Andy Watson of the BC Coroners Service. “The investigation involves a male in his early 40s.”
RCMP could not be reached for comment.
