A lifeless body was discovered by a jogger early this morning in Langford.
Shortly after 6:45 a.m. B.C. Ambulance confirmed the man, who is in his early 30s, was deceased.
“It is too early to determine the cause of death,” said Const. Alex Berube, West Shore RCMP spokesperson, in a statement. “If you have any information that could assist our investigators, please contact the West Shore RCMP at 250-474-2264.”
The body was located on a trail off Whitehorn Place (near Millstream Village) in Langford. The area is described as a short but steep rocky trail.
The West Shore RCMP’s general investigation section and the B.C. Coroner Service are assisting with the investigation.
