An undisclosed quantity of cigarettes were stolen from Cooper’s Foods early Friday morning.
Hope RCMP said the grocery store was broken into at about 1:30 a.m. on Oct. 18 and the thief left a half hour later in a vehicle, heading towards the freeway. Police believe someone was waiting in the getaway car.
The thief is described as a caucasian man, about 5’8″-6′ feet tall with medium build. He was last seen wearing dark pants and a grey hoodie.
