A development variance permit was passed without incident, when no responses, verbal or written, were made to the 39 notices mailed by town hall on March 14.
Kim and Sandra Bloy had requested that the required principal building side yard setback be reduced from 1.5 metres (five feet) to 1.1 metres (three feet), and when no comments were made by the public at the meeting, council passed the variance unanimously.
