By any measure, CannaFest was a big success. With big crowds, hot weather, great performances and very few problems, the classic rock music festival was a big hit.

The event sold over 3,500 tickets, which is almost the whole population of Grand Forks. Despite the lofty numbers, the setting at James Donaldson Park was nice and big and concert-goers had plenty of room to move around.

There were many highlights among the rock acts which included solid performances from the likes of Jerry Doucette, Prism, Headpins, Lee Aaron and more.

Let us know on Facebook what you thought of the show and who your favourite performers were.
