Car flips in Nanoose Bay crash

Vehicle left on its roof far from road Saturday, Sept. 29

RCMP, firefighters and ambulance services responded to a crash in Nanoose Bay that left a vehicle upside down on Saturday, Sept. 29.

The accident occurred at approximately 3:45 p.m. on Fairwinds Drive, just west of Bonnington Drive.

The black car that had flipped came to rest a couple dozen feet from the road. No reports of any potential injuries were immediately available.

The crash did not cause any significant traffic congestion, with emergency vehicles parked on the side of the road.
