A 43-year-old woman is currently under investigation for impaired driving after the car she was driving struck a median and rolled into the ditch.

There is a single car involved, no lanes are closed at this time, but traffic is delayed. Ambulance is on scene.

An accident is causing a traffic delay this afternoon in the northbound lane of Highway 97 near Old Vernon Road.
Witnesses are reporting there is a car over an embankment.
Emergency crews are responding and Capital News has sent a reporter to the scene.
