Clearwater Times cartoonist Gerry Tisdale, shown here with the third place award he won from B.C. and Yukon Community Newspaper Association in 2010, is celebrating his 25th year of publishing cartoons in the Times this year.
His first cartoon (below), which appeared in our Jan. 18, 1989 issue, shows a recurring theme with Tisdale: ice-fishing.
