The Columbia Basin Rural Development Institute is bringing Central 1 Credit Union chief economist Helmut Pastrick to the Selkirk College Mir Centre on Friday from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m.
Pastrick is editor of the Economic Analysis of British Columbia and Economic Analysis of Ontario publications.
